**Location:** On site at location listed in job posting. **Hours**: Monday \- Friday \| 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM **SUMMARY** Responsible for leading a designated area’s Treasury Management Sales function and team. Accountable for developing new Treasury Management relationships, expanding existing relationships, and providing ongoing consultative support for our Treasury Management clients. Ensures associates deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals in alignment with the bank’s strategy and values. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and execute all aspects of Treasury Management sales and service delivery within the designated area, including developing and implementing marketing strategies and sales objectives for new business opportunities. * Collaborate with Commercial and Private Banking associates to advise our clients and prospects on appropriate Treasury Management products and services, designing customized solutions that meet their needs. * Direct, coach, and support Treasury Management Sales associates to ensure strong individual and team performance. * Serve as a key product partner for Relationship Managers, participating in joint calls with our cli...
