**Description:** Job Overview WinChoice seeks a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational reliability initiatives. This role is pivotal in designing scalable, secure systems and guiding the engineering team towards best practices, ensuring long\-term stability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud architectures across multiple environments, ensuring security, resilience, and compliance. Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK, establishing standards for maintainability and reusability. Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines, supporting automated testing, low\-downtime deployments, and reliable rollback procedures. Lead incident response efforts, coordinate communication during outages, and conduct postmortem analyses to prevent recurrence. Establish security standards including secrets management, access controls, and patching, while monitoring system health through observability tools.
