**Proposal Specialist / Marketing Specialist / AEC** **GAI Consultants \| Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or West Virginia \| Hybrid \|** **Run the pursuits that win DOT, county and municipality work.** GAI is hiring an experienced AEC proposal professional to lead transportation and infrastructure pursuits from kickoff through shortlist interview. Hybrid schedule, based out of our Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio or West Virginia offices. Every transportation project we deliver started as a proposal someone had to win. That's this role. You'll drive pursuits end to end strategy, schedule, narrative, compliance, and the deliverable that puts GAI in front of state DOTs, counties, and municipalities across the region. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with the engineers and business leaders chasing the work, turn technical depth into a persuasive story, and own the process that keeps a complex pursuit on track. This is for someone who has run proposals and wants more control over how they're won. You'll weigh in on go/no\-go calls, push back on weak content, and build reusable material that makes the next pursuit faster than the last.
