Job Summary: The Medical Assistant in an aesthetic practice is responsible for assisting medical providers and aestheticians with patient care, performing routine clinical tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. This role involves a combination of administrative and clinical duties to provide excellent patient care in a cosmetic and medical setting for both Inland Cosmetic Surgery and Ahava MedSpa. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Patient Care: \- Greet and prepare patients for treatments, ensuring comfort and answering initial questions. \- Assist in pre\- and post\-procedure care for treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures. \- Room patients, Take vital signs, medical history, reason for visit, obtain written consent and assist provider with patient consultations. \- Clean and prepare treatment rooms and equipment between patients. \-Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of Sharps per established standards and procedures \-Prepare, restock and sanitize examination rooms, procedure rooms, and all other patient care areas per established in the policies and procedures \- Room post op and follow\-ups, open patient EM...
