**Melanin Minds** is a 501(c)3 mental health non\-profit. We provide mental health resources that educate, amplify \& create accessible spaces for personal \& professional development within BIPOC communities (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). We are taking actionable steps toward collective advancement under our 5 pillars: *Holistic Healing* ***Mindset Shifting*** *Aligning* ***Nutrition*** *Relationships* **As a 100% volunteer organization, the working \& giving Board of Directors** will consist of 8\-12 members committed to our mission of normalizing mental health in historically marginalized communities. *Please note: this is a volunteer position with an annual financial commitment* **Requirements** * Experience serving on a Board of Directors, either non\-profit or for\-profit * Executive or seasoned professional in their field with 10\+ years of leadership experience * An excellent communicator with time delegated towards the commitment of their Board duties.
