ICT Used Cars is growing and we’re looking for someone who can keep up. This is not a sit\-behind\-a\-desk\-and\-answer\-phones type role. This position is for someone who is organized, detail\-driven, and takes ownership of their work. You’ll be supporting day\-to\-day dealership operations across sales, service, and accounting helping make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re the type of person who figures things out, stays on top of tasks without being asked, and takes pride in getting it right the first time, you’ll do well here. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Greet customers, vendors, and team members and help direct traffic in the office * Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle day\-to\-day communication * Enter and manage data in our system (DealerCenter, spreadsheets, etc.) * Keep digital and physical files organized and up to date **Operations Support** * Monitor service tickets to make sure they are closed, documented, and attached correctly to vehicles * Track inventory status between service, recon, and front line * Help keep CRM/DMS information clean and accurate **Deal \& Compliance Support** * Review deals after they are approved by management to ensure...
