**The Opportunity:** Provide budget management and analytics support to a Military Service Headquarters organization. Apply understanding of federal funds appropriation, distribution, and execution processes to support budget formulation and execution. Leverage Department of Defense (DoD) financial systems, including the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), to gather and analyze financial data and inform decision\-making processes. Coordinate with stakeholders and program managers to consolidate requirements, create phasing plans, monitor execution, review key performance indicators, and remediate accounting abnormalities. Serve as program financial manager for Reserve Activation and Integration enterprise program, including coordinating with program stakeholders across different world time zones and communicating information across a vast hierarchy of stakeholders. Develop deliverables such as briefings and reports for a variety of audiences across the DoD and Military Service Headquarters including deliverables for senior executive leaders and program managers.
