About the Role Action Technology Services is an AV/IT systems integrator supporting commercial and government clients. We are hiring a high\-caliber Procurement \& Logistics Specialist (Purchasing Agent / Buyer / Procurement Specialist III level) to independently own RFQs, quote awards, purchase orders, vendor management, and order fulfillment under general guidance. The role covers the full materials cycle for live integration projects: RFQ, quote consolidation, purchase\-order issuance, vendor follow\-up, system/database administration, expediting, returns/credits, and status communication to Project Managers and site leads. The right person will also help build and tighten the logistics process the company runs on every job. Position Level This is an individual\-contributor specialist role. The person works independently on a wide range of complex purchasing and logistics duties under general guidance. It is not a people\-manager or director position. Typical experience is 5–7 years.
