About this roleAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/x), you’ll join Eye Security at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across Europe.This is more than a recruitment role. It’s an opportunity to help build and scale a Talent Acquisition function that acts as a true strategic partner to the business.We believe in quality over quantity. You’ll partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to solve hiring challenges, bring structure to ambiguity, challenge assumptions when needed, and continuously raise the bar, not only in who we hire, but in how we hire.Beyond owning end-to-end recruitment processes, you’ll take ownership of initiatives that strengthen our Talent Acquisition function, from improving hiring processes and assessment frameworks to employer branding, sourcing strategies, and other projects that enable us to scale sustainably across Europe.We’re looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, enjoys building, and is excited to elevate the function to the next level.This is a hybrid role based in our Berlin office.What You’ll DoPartner with Hiring Managers and business leader...
