We are looking for a hands\-on Warehouse Inventory Lead to own our warehouse inventory operations and lead a small team of Inventory Specialists. Role Overview: You will be responsible for the accuracy, organization, and flow of all inventory coming in and out of our Northvale office. This is a working lead position \- you will scan and ship alongside the team, while also being responsible for training, quality control, and ensuring targets are hit. *Key Responsibilities:* * Lead, train, and manage daily tasks for 2\-4 Inventory Specialists * Create and manage daily workflow \- receiving, QC/testing, cleaning, listing, and shipping priorities * Own inventory accuracy in our system \- ensure all devices are scanned, graded, and accounted for * Final QC on all outbound wholesale and e\-commerce orders * Keep office / warehouse organized, clean, and efficient * Report inventory discrepancies and process issues to management *Inventory \& Fulfillment* * Scanning electronics (phones, laptops, tablets) into our inventory management system * Advanced quality checking, testing, grading, and data\-wiping of devices * Packing, cleaning, and shipping of high\-value devices * Dropping off dail...
