**Lead the people, processes, and performance behind our parts operation.** STS Diesel is looking to expand and implement a **Parts Operations Manager** to lead the internal operations of our growing parts department. **This is not a traditional parts\-counter or sales position.** You will not spend your day answering routine customer calls or taking parts orders. Your focus will be on the people, processes, warehouse flow, logistics, accountability, and systems that allow the department to operate efficiently. We are looking for someone who can step into a busy operation, identify where work is falling through the cracks, create practical solutions, and follow improvements through to completion. **What You’ll Do** · Provide daily leadership and accountability for parts counter, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and logistics functions. · Establish clear responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations for team members. · Develop and maintain practical SOPs for receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, special orders, returns, warranties, cores, freight claims, and cycle counts. · Improve warehouse layout, bin\-location accuracy, material flow, cleanliness, safety, and space ...
