Inventory Control Coordinator \| Job Description Reports To: Inventory Control Coordinator Lead Department: Inventory Control Location: Greensboro, NC Fulfillment Center Position Summary The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the fulfillment center through cycle counting, inventory research, discrepancy resolution, reporting, and inventory system maintenance. This role works closely with Receiving, Put away, Picking, Shipping, Returns, and Operations teams to identify and resolve inventory variances, improve inventory integrity, and support efficient order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Inventory Accuracy \& Cycle Counting * Perform scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. * Generate cycle count assignments and monitor completion. * Research inventory variances identified through cycle counts. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring discrepancies. * Maintain inventory records and ensure inventory adjustments are processed accurately.
