**Job Title:** DevOps Engineer **Department:** Tech Services **Reports to:** Director of Software, Services, PLM **Position Summary:** We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our software team and take ownership of the infrastructure and operational backbone of our cloud\-hosted SaaS platform. This includes day\-to\-day infrastructure management, CI/CD pipeline ownership, and operational monitoring. The candidate will work closely with our Lead Developer and report to the Director of Software and Services. The right candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates clearly with technical peers, and takes pride in keeping systems reliable, scalable, and secure. **Job Responsibilities:** Infrastructure \& Cloud Operations * Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure supporting a globally used web application and mobile clients (Android and iOS) * Maintain and optimize Azure services including App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Key Vault, and related resources * Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to and resolve incidents; enhance these capabilities by integrating DataDog tools acro...
