Description: **What are we looking for?** A hands\-on warehouse leader with 5\+ years of progressive warehouse, manufacturing logistics, or material\-handling experience and 3\+ years of direct warehouse leadership or management experience. Experience managing receiving, storage, production staging, picking, loading, and shipping across ingredients/raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Strong FEFO/FIFO, lot control, expiration\-date management, traceability, ERP/WMS, Excel, and KPI skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
