We are looking to hire someone for a commercial construction position in the Tampa, FL metro. Time will be spent primarily involved with project management and supervision tasks (vendor locating, coordination, material procurement, on\-site supervision, inspection oversight, quality control, etc.). The applicant will need to be self\-sufficient in how to problem solve and work within in a variety of trades listed below. The applicant will be based out of Tampa, FL but some travel throughout Florida and possibly other states may be required. The applicant must be a great communicator with clients, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and company management. Applicants must be self\-motivated and self\-sufficient when it comes to all construction tasks. Applicants must also maintain a positive attitude. **This is not an entry\-level position or apprentice position.
