Superintendent – Commercial General Contractor (Life Science) Location: San Francisco Bay Area (job sites in South San Francisco, Hayward, and Palo Alto) Type: Full\-time, exempt \| On\-site daily (not remote) Compensation: Competitive base salary \+ twice\-yearly bonus \+ company truck About the Company Our client is a well\-established, owner\-led commercial general contractor that has served the Bay Area for over 20 years. Their focus is life science, along with ground\-up commercial/industrial, tenant improvement, and seismic/structural work. They don't self\-perform; all trade work is subcontracted, so the Superintendent runs the site and leads the subcontractor teams. The company is financially stable, consistently profitable, and growing deliberately. They're hiring because substantial new projects are coming, including GMP manufacturing work.
