**Pharmacist in Charge / Pharmacy Manager** **Full\-Time \| $145,000\-$175,000 \+ Bonus \| Full Benefits** **Lead a Growing Specialty Compounding Pharmacy** **Medrock Pharmacy** is looking for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge / Pharmacy Manager to lead our newest pharmacy location in Colleyville, Texas, and play a key role in the next phase of our growth. Medrock currently operates three specialty compounding pharmacies, with established locations in Florida and Tennessee and our newest location in Colleyville, TX. We are looking for a hands\-on pharmacy leader who is comfortable leading from the front and working alongside the team. You'll be responsible for leading people and improving operations, but you'll also be expected to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, support the team, and get involved in daily workflow.
