**Job Summary** --------------- The IT Specialist is a hands‑on, customer‑focused technologist who keeps Bald Mountain’s users productive and our site technology resilient. You’ll split time between first‑line/second‑line support and ownership of core systems: Windows servers/Active Directory, IGA (Identity Governance and Administration), Nutanix‑based virtualization and storage, Cisco switching and fiber, point‑to‑point and point‑to‑multipoint wireless links, and Dell client endpoints. You’ll also collaborate with OT and plant teams to support industrial networks and site infrastructure. **Essential Functions** ----------------------- **End‑user support \& customer service** * Serve as a primary contact for the North America Service Desk; resolve incidents/requests for Windows 11, Windows Server 2019 and newer, O365, Teams, Printing, VPN, and core business apps with high first‑time‑fix rates. * Provide one‑on‑one and small‑group end‑user training; write how‑to guides and knowledge base articles. **Server/virtualization \& storage** * Administer Windows Server/AD, DNS/DHCP, GPO, and patching; monitor backups and recovery procedures. * Operate Nutanix‑based clusters (compute/storage...
