Operations Coordinator / Manager Arcade Time Entertainment — Wellington, FL Arcade Time Entertainment is looking for an Operations Coordinator / Manager to help run the day\-to\-day operations of our Wellington location. We need someone with restaurant and bar industry experience who understands how the front of house and back of house work together. Experience in an entertainment venue is a plus. This is a hands\-on role for someone who can keep an eye on the entire location, support the team, and make sure our operational standards are followed. Responsibilities include: \* Coordinate daily front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house operations. \* Manage staff coverage, performance, and accountability throughout the shift. \* Perform operational checks and balances across the location, including cash handling and closing procedures. \* Spot service or staffing issues early and work with the team to resolve them. \* Help maintain a welcoming guest experience and address customer service concerns. \* Communicate clearly with managers and team members to keep all departments running smoothly.
