Description: **Senior Accountant \- Full\-time, Onsite** **Position Summary** The Senior Accountant owns defined technical areas within Finance \& Accounting for both pool and pest divisions — including lease accounting, payroll and compensation accruals, recording revenue and cash receipts, end to end. The role is accountable for accurate, timely monthly close and reconciliations within its scope, and supports flux analysis, the annual audit and tax PBC process, financial statement preparation, and M\&A activity as needed. **Key Responsibilities** * Lease Accounting (ASC 842\) owns the monthly finance and operating lease close, including vehicle lease allocations from the third\-party fleet administrator, invoice review, lease expense recognition, reclasses, finance/operating lease additions, payments, interest, and amortization. * Payroll, Benefits \& Compensation Accruals — own the monthly payroll, benefits, and compensation\-related accrual entries, and preparation of associated monthly headcount reports. * Monthly Standard Entries — record recurring monthly entries and accruals, including goodwill amortization and standard cost accruals, maintaining supporting schedules for ea...
