**JOIN OUR TEAM AS A TRAINING SPECIALIST II \- BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST** The Training Specialist II role involves responsible work in organizing and coordinating instruction through comprehensive in\-service education, continuing education, training programs, and orientation programs for the Building Construction Services Department based on the findings provided by the QA/QC team member. . Work is performed with considerable independent judgment and initiative and involves management of complex training activities. **Essential Job Functions** --------------------------- Coordinates and administers the ongoing training programs for Building Construction Services staff, working directly with the QA/QC coordinator and Program Manager II Coordinates, administers and monitors the orientation of new BCS employees to division policies, procedures and standards, and develops a training program for new BCS employees.
