**Job Summary** Aksa Kilims Artisan Rugs \& Interior Décor LLC is seeking an experienced Retail \& Showroom Operations Manager to lead showroom operations, customer experience, sales performance, inventory management, and merchandising for its artisan rug and interior décor business.
