**BAS Construction Manager Position Responsibilities:** **Leadership** * Manage and oversee work sites for new construction and remodel projects, coordinating site activities and assuring that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the project goals and objectives. * Oversee and provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork ensuring quality standards are met. * Provide leadership in initial planning stage by collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, or other involved parties. * Schedule and coordinate projects in logical steps and budget the time necessary to meet each deadline. * Manage and lead actions that are necessary due to delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites. **Construction** * Attend coordination and progress meetings and make regular trips to sites during construction. * Ensure adherence to the budget and, when unexpected complications or issues arise, make quick and necessary adjustments. * Collaborate with clients, supervisory staff, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve problems, including work procedures, complaints, and construction or design...
