### **Director of Finance** * 51348 * Remote, United States * Full Time The Finance Director holds final site\-level authority over the hospital's financial strategy, risk models, and capital investment trade\-offs, serving as the primary finance leader accountable for executing multi\-year strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance across the hospital. This role reports to the Executive Director of Finance Hospital and operates with a high degree of autonomy, negotiating directly with clinical and operational executive chairs to realign department budgets, enforce cost\-containment, and resolve complex financial disagreements.
