Description

Responsible for maintenance of all branch inventories. Oversees job performance of all branch employees. Ensures that customer service is the branch's highest priority. * Ensures inventory is received accurately and properly. * Confirms customer shipments and inter\-branch transfers are accurate and promptly confirmed. * Answers phone calls, assists customers and maintains optimal customer delivery schedule. * Routinely visits customers to ensure that the branch is meeting the customer's needs and expectations and to identify any additional sales opportunities * Maintains, approves and submits daily Edit List. * Verifies Back Order notifications and approves all inter\-branch transfers. * Communicates with vendors concerning delivery dates and approves any special or non\-stock orders. * Approves all customer credit memos. * Approves all sales orders to be voided and matches them to Sales Reconciliation Report. * Assures all bank deposits are made daily (there may be more than one). * Oversees job responsibilities of all departments and evaluates job performances of all branch personnel on a regular basis. * Responsible for training branch personnel or requesting assistance from co...
