**About The Role:** As a CBRE Workplace Strategy Consultant, you will manage the delivery of small to medium\-sized portfolio plans, occupancy strategies, and work environment solutions. This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments. **What You’ll Do:** Contribute to strategic plans for optimizing clients' property portfolios. Grow business relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborate with internal partners and clients to understand direction and workplace needs. Forecast space requirements against business and market conditions. Identify data for the creation of physical or virtual space solutions. Produce a visual display of quantitative and qualitative information. Illustrate relationships that impact spaces. Collaborate with occupiers through change management. Assist clients in accepting flexible ways of working and aligning business management to adopt change. Prepare migration and origination plans, as well as schematic schedules.
