This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves assessing and mitigating compliance risks, conducting audits, and working closely with various departments to enforce compliance standards. The Sr. Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in training employees on compliance matters, monitoring for potential risks, and ensuring the organization operates with integrity and in line with industry regulations.
