About the Role We are looking for a dependable and organized **Warehouse Manager** to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our warehouse and ensure materials, inventory, and deliveries are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands\-on, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced construction environment. Responsibilities * Oversee daily warehouse operations, organization, and cleanliness * Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies * Maintain accurate inventory counts and records * Prepare and stage materials for upcoming jobs * Coordinate material deliveries and pickups with project teams, vendors, and drivers * Track materials coming in and going out of the warehouse * Identify shortages, damaged materials, and inventory discrepancies * Maintain an organized system for storing flooring materials, tools, and supplies * Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed * Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure materials are available when needed * Help maintain safety standards and proper warehouse procedures * Monitor warehouse supplies and communicate when materials need to be reordered * Perform regular...
