**About the Role** This is a dual\-hat role: you'll split your time between running the day\-to\-day sales floor for Hot Springs Monument Company and serving as Marketing Associate across the Ralston Industries portfolio, supporting four of our small businesses with social media, sales tracking, and marketing content. Roughly 60% of your time will go to the monument sales side and 40% to the marketing side, and each side reports to a different team — monument sales reports to our main office in Fort Smith, while marketing reports to the Ralston Industries team.
