Manage the accounting staff who are responsible for month\-end closing and reporting and ensure adherence to statutory guidelines for performing the General Accounting function. Lead the team in the day\-to\-day performance of the process of recording transactions to accurately report business performance. Distribute work to staff, monitor results and resolve discrepancies. Ensure month\-end close timelines are met.
