Virgin Galactic (VG) is seeking a Sr. Manager, Benefits to implement and execute on the strategy of our employee benefit programs, including healthcare programs, leave programs, wellness initiatives, retirement plans, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Guided by our values, “Safety Above All”, we proactively manage the risks inherent in human spaceflight through our daily actions. Support the company strategy by holding ourselves and one another accountable for getting the work done. This is a hybrid – 4 day a week in our Tustin, California office position. Responsibilities Program Design * Lead the creation of benefits plans (health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, work\-life programs) that are competitive and cost\-effective. * Evaluate benefits against peer organizations to identify trends and opportunities for refining the benefits lineup and aligning our offerings to the needs of our workforce. * Measure program effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and cost outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement.
