You’ll work directly with the founders and have real ownership over what we create, from hooks and concepts to filming, editing, YouTube ideas, recurring series, product content, founder videos, and the weird ideas most brands would be too scared to try. This isn’t a job where you wait for someone to hand you a script. We want someone who understands **why people stop scrolling, why they keep watching, and why they share.** You’re probably a great fit if you: * Have strong filming and editing skills * Understand hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention * Know how to grow organic social accounts * Can make both people and products look great on camera * Constantly have ideas and know how to turn them into content * Understand the difference between content that looks good and content that actually performs * Can work independently and move fast without needing constant direction **The upside** This role has **a lot of room to grow**.
