About the Role We're hiring a General Manager to run day\-to\-day operations at our Rootstown, Ohio location and serve as the connective hub between our sales, service, and parts teams. This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who will walk the lot, know the numbers, and take real ownership of the store's performance — not just manage tasks, but think about the business the way an owner would. You'll lead a team of 13, coordinate closely with department leads, keep inventory and pricing decisions grounded in the store's financial position (including when to move equipment before floor\-plan interest costs eat into margin), and personally sell while supporting the sales team when we're busy.
