The Head Spa Sanctuary \| Pineville, NCFull\-Time \| 4\-Day Workweek \| Friday–Monday The Head Spa Sanctuary is seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead the real\-time operations of our busy luxury wellness environment. Spa experience is NOT required. We are specifically interested in leaders from high\-volume hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality, luxury retail, entertainment venues, spas, wellness businesses, and other guest\-focused operations. We’re looking for the person who walks into a busy operation and makes it feel calmer. You can assess what’s happening, establish priorities, deploy your team, solve problems quickly, support guests, and keep everyone focused—even when the building is full and the unexpected happens. This is not a desk\-management position. It is a highly visible operational leadership role.
