As the Senior Planning Manager at Pacific Rubber, you will own the demand\-to\-execution cycle; serving as the central point of alignment between incoming demand, floor capacity, and material supply. As we scale, we're formalizing Planning into a dedicated, centralized function \- and this role will take a production release process that is currently distributed across the organization and shape it into a fully functioning Planning department. You'll define the processes, tools, team structure, and planning cadence that determine how every order flows through our operation.
