Description and Essential Functions Responsible for providing supervision and supporting the daily operations for the fixed route service. Communicate consistent and accurate information to Bus Operators and the public. Ensure compliance with ADA and DOT regulations through regular and consistent daily observation and counsel. * Supports Bus Operators, Dispatchers, and general passengers * Provides feedback and training to Bus Operators * Provides customer service through daily interaction with passengers, the community, and GMT’s community partners * Ensures all work assignments and scheduled routes are performed in a timely and accurate manner * Monitors and manages Bus Operator compliance with route and schedule adherence * Manages detours/road closures and other interruptions to transit service; implements detours as necessary and communicates with other staff * Monitors on\-time performance (OTP) and manages OTP digital integrity * Observes and reports information to GMT Operations management * Drives transit bus in revenue service, non\-revenue service, or as required by GMT management.
