**Job description** We are seeking a motivated **Staff Accountant** to help us grow our company. This position requires a positive individual with good organizational skills, ability to work within deadlines and execute multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure a high level of professional standards. The full\-time position is available immediately to qualified applicants. We provide an excellent work environment. **Essential duties** · Booking of all operational business transactions (Cash, A/R, A/P, etc.) · Preparing financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) and reporting packages · Preparing sales tax returns · Payroll processing and payroll tax reports · Providing consultation to the client on their accounting, payroll and business administration needs · Performing other related duties as required **Required Skills and Qualifications** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance · Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) · QuickBooks experience preferred · Able to work in a fast\-paced environment · Expertise in MS Word and MS Outlook · Demonstrate high\-level client\-service orientation, ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with ma...
