**Summary:** ------------ Under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services (Environmental, Linen, Patient Transport) performs a variety of duties involving direction, supervision and training of Environmental Service personnel and activities. In support of BH mission and integrated delivery system, the Manager is responsible for BMC and support to satellite locations. Responsibilities include performing a wide variety of administrative duties including coordination, supervision and direction of assigned personnel and their activities. Complete accountability for 24 hour operations, including off\-shift exposure. Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed including full responsibility of Department in the absence of the Director. Direct and supervise assigned personnel and activities personally or through subordinate Supervisors, including evaluations, scheduling, orientation and training, setting performance objectives, recommendations on employee hiring, transferring, promotion, disciplinary actions, wage changes, termination and similar actions.
