As Growth Associate (Intern), you help run that engine end to end: the creators, the formats, the trends and the numbers behind them. This is an organic growth role first, measured on how much reach every hour and every euro brings back. You work directly with our founders, our Growth Manager, product and data team.Today that means a steady stream of new products that each deserve a shot at going viral across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
