**DESCRIPTION** --------------- R2L is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience. Your focused will be owning and executing strategic, cross\-functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day ROOT team. This role requires robust understanding of under\-the\-roof fulfillment operations including inventory flows, constrained fulfillment center assets (capacity and labor) and fulfillment technologies. You will play a critical role in scoping large projects, communicating to senior leadership on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross\-functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
