**Company:** Wells Enterprises (a Ferrero Company) **Functional Area:** Engineering **The Role** Provides oversight and supervision for the skilled parts room employees who perform daily inventory activities in maintaining MRO inventory levels, organization and accurate process flow. **What You’ll Do** * Responsible for the supervision of parts room employees. Establish work methods, priorities, and controls to meet established performance standards. Also, responsible for the organization and management of offsite warehouse location(s) if applicable. * Plan, coordinate and supervise training designed to ensure employees are trained effectively on all systems and procedures. Includes on\-the\-job training and well as continued professional development of employees. * Responsible for scheduling of personnel, manage daily work flow and specific projects within the department. * Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to create efficiencies for internal processes.
