Overview Rivendell Health, P.C. is a growing integrated clinic (primary care \+ psychiatry) seeking an **experienced Medical Assistant** for a **high\-responsibility role**. This position focuses heavily on **clinical care, administrative support, treatment coordination, and workflow management**. This is **not an entry\-level MA role**. Responsibilities **Clinical (70%)** * Rooming patients, vitals, chart prep * Assist with treatments including **Esketamine** * Coordinate labs and follow\-ups **Administrative / Authorization (30%)** * Manage prior authorizations * Track treatment eligibility and expirations * Coordinate with insurance, pharmacies, and REMS programs * Ensure patients are cleared and ready for treatment * Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies Requirements * 2\+ years Medical Assistant experience * Prior authorization experience (**strongly preferred**) * Comfortable with EMRs and multitasking * High attention to detail and reliability Preferred * Psychiatry or specialty clinic experience * Experience with REMS or specialty medications * Ability to work independently and solve problems * Phlebotomy skills Compensation \& Growth * $21–$23/hour based on experien...
