We're looking for a hands on restaurant operator who knows how to build strong teams, create exceptional guest experiences, drive financial performance, and turn expectations into consistent execution. As General Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the restaurant's people, operations, hospitality, financial performance, food quality, safety, facilities, and culture. You'll lead and develop the restaurant management team, establish clear expectations, and create the accountability and consistency needed to deliver strong results. This is an opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader to take ownership of a high volume operation while continuing to grow with an expanding hospitality group.
