**CJ\&J Logistics** A local FedEx Ground contractor is hiring an **EXPERIENCED** FedEx Ground Business Contact (BC Manager) to lead our operation in the **Moselle, MS** terminal. This person will have a daily presence at the terminal and maintain good working relationships with the FedEx Ground terminal staff as well as create a strong \& positive working environment among our team of drivers. **Ideal Candidate:** * **MUST BE A Badged FedEx Driver with BC experience** * Expertise in DRO Route Planning * Possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills * Positive attitude to build team morale and retain drivers * Motivation to positively lead a team of drivers to meet given metrics * Problem solving skills \- be able to make on the fly decisions if needed \& also fill in on any work area needed. * Strong communication skills This is an management position and will not include the need to recruit/hire or complete payroll.
