**About Us** We’re a locally owned, fast\-growing group of home service companies serving Volusia and Flagler Counties, with multiple brands across residential trades. We’re adding companies and growing the ones we have, and marketing sits at the center of that growth. This is a confidential search. **The Role** You’ll be the marketing engine for every brand in our family of companies. You’ll work directly with the owner, have real creative freedom, and see your work show up as booked jobs, not just likes. You’ll plan it, shoot it, launch it and measure it. As we grow through more acquisitions, this role has a clear path to Marketing Manager. **What You’ll Do** *Social media (about 40%)* * Plan, create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn for multiple brands. * Travel to jobsites around Volusia and Flagler to capture before/after photos, short\-form video and crew stories. * Produce owner\-fronted video content and keep a consistent posting calendar for every brand. * Respond to comments and messages promptly, and pass leads to the office quickly. *Paid channels (about 25%)* * Build, run and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns with local tar...
