**PopPoint turns match and session video into AI player profiles that tennis clubs use for placement, development, and retention. Our player\-facing business did $30K\+ revenue in its first 3 months with 250\+ paying players. Design partners in Seattle \& Chengdu. The role: We're looking for a few early partners to bring AI player intelligence to tennis clubs in your local market. You'll develop relationships with club owners, GMs, and directors of tennis, and work directly with our founder to turn promising conversations into paid pilots and long\-term partnerships. What you'll do: \- Build relationships with club owners, GMs, directors of tennis in your market \- Set up intros \& demos with our founder, follow up, move pilots to contracts \- Share feedback on club needs \& the buying process Compensation: \- 20% commission on paid pilots \+ first annual contracts (uncapped, no base salary) \- 5% on renewals for the next 2 years (while continuing agreed relationship \& renewal duties) \- Potential equity for sustained contributors (clear milestones \+ vesting) \- Monthly payouts after client payment; attribution and eligible revenue confirmed in writing before outreach This isn't ...
