**Overview** Microsoft Cloud Operations \+ Innovation (CO\+I) is the team behind the cloud. CO\+I is responsible for delivering over 200 Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world including infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. We are looking for a passionate individual to help build the network that powers the world’s largest online services. The AMERs **Regional Estimating Lead** is responsible for the development and management of estimates for all new projects in Americas. This role will concentrate on our standard DC fleet projects, providing consistency across estimates around the Americas as well as keeping consistency amongst other counterparts in EMEA \& APAC. Also, a big part of this role is cultivating and mentoring sub\-regional Estimators to ensure their career development and continuous growth mindset.
