Job Overview ***1 COLD STORAGE ROAD LLC.*** *is hiring a reliable and organized* ***Delivery Coordinator*** *to support daily delivery, warehouse, and logistics operations. You’ll coordinate drivers and shipments, track deliveries, maintain records, and help ensure orders arrive safely and on time.* Key Responsibilities * Schedule and coordinate deliveries, pickups, and routes * Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, suppliers, and warehouse teams * Track shipments, ETAs, delays, and delivery status * Maintain shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory records * Coordinate loading/unloading with warehouse staff * Update WMS, ERP, Excel, and other logistics systems * Support cold\-chain and temperature\-controlled procedures * Help resolve scheduling, routing, inventory, and delivery issues * Follow company safety and warehouse procedures Qualifications * Experience in logistics, delivery coordination, transportation, warehousing, or distribution preferred * Strong organization, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Basic proficiency with Excel and Outlook * WMS, TMS, ERP, SAP, or Oracle experience...
