Your Responsibilities As a Working Student within Career Services, you will support the day-to-day delivery of career services, student engagement activities, events and employability initiatives at BSBI.This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing different tasks and priorities. You will work closely with the Careers Advisors and will often be one of the first points of contact for students engaging with Career Services.In this role, you will:Act as a first point of contact for Career Services, helping students and recent graduates understand the services, resources and support available to them.Help manage the Careers shared mailbox, responding to general student enquiries, directing queries to the appropriate team member and following up where required.Work with tasks assigned through Microsoft Planner, keeping track of deadlines, updating task status and ensuring assigned activities are completed on time.Act as an ambassador for JobTeaser, helping students understand the platform and encouraging greater engagement with career opportunities, resources and events.Support the preparation, coordination and delivery of career workshops, we...
