As a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist you’ll play an important role in welcoming and assisting individuals pursuing legal immigration to the United States. Working at the USCIS Application Support Center office, you’ll greet applicants with patience and care and guide them through their biometrics appointment – a process that includes identity verification and biometric capture. Amentum provides all required job training for qualified candidates. Compensation: $26\.03 hourly (union position) Benefits: Full\-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement plan, short\- and long\-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance program, holiday and vacation pay, education assistance, and bereavement leave. Full\-time employees are expected to work Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:15pm or eight hours a day as opening and closing times may vary.
